Sixteen patrol reports written by Terrell while serving as a field officer of the Department of District Services and Native Affairs in the Papua New Guinea Administration. The reports relate to patrols undertaken at Wewak (1950-51) and Green River (1951-52) in the Sepik District; Lake Kutubu Sub-District of the Southern Highlands District (1952-1956) and in the Lumi Sub-District of the Sepik District (1957-59). Working copies of some sketch maps, correspondence and press extracts are also included.
